KUALA LUMPUR POSTS
As I mentioned in my last post, I had a few days left before leaving Malaysia so I had to prioritize which touristy things I would be doing. I decided to visit the Upside Down Museum because I was super curious about it. I took an Uber from my hotel to the museum and I literally had no idea what to expect! Upon arrival you could already tell it is an upside down museum from the entrance.
In the photo above you will notice that the plant is hanging from the ceiling and even the sign for the museum was an overturned carriage. They had a locker where you can keep your shoes—you have to take off your shoes to be able to enter the museum—and it was also upside down! I knew this was going to be fun. There was someone at the door that will usher you in—the museum has a limited number of people that can go in at a time and I found that strange but I guess it is reasonable. Lucky for me there was no queue.
As soon as I got in, I was in a room that felt like it was flipped upside down or was bewitched by Mrs. Weasley cos it felt like it was just like the Weasley’s kitchen—sorry harry potter nerd here! There were some staff in each room that volunteer to take photos for you so you can totally do this solo. They also direct you on how to stand and where to stand to get the upside down effect.
I jumped right in and got started……check out the pictures below!
