After putting this appetizing picture up on instagram and snapchat, I had a few people message me to ask for the recipe and just salivate.
So to satisfy your hunger pangs and taste buds all at once, I have decided to share this easy and packed with good nutrients breakfast dish.
What you’ll need
Honey Toasted Granola Oats
Mixed nuts ( I used Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio, Macademia and Pecan Nuts)
How to prepare
Get a bowl and pour in the yoghurt.
take a separate bowl and crush a handful of granola because of the chunkiness
evenly spread it on the yoghurt
arrange the blueberries and raspberries on top
then sprinkle the nuts.
Bonus: You can drizzle a bit of honey if you have a sweet tooth.
And Voila you have yourself a nice high-fibre breakfast for a lazy day!!!!
P.S: You don’t have to use the same fruits and nuts I used. You can use what you have available. Let me know how you get on. Good luck!
